Meeting Delegation Request

If you would like to speak before a committee or council meeting, you must complete this form. Scheduling will be at the discretion of the Clerk and we will reach out to confirm the meeting date and time in advance of the meeting.

We cannot guarantee that your delegation will be able to present at the requested meeting as delegations are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. All delegations are required to provide a detailed explanation about why they want to appear before Council, and their requested action, or their delegation request may not be scheduled.

The Township will not schedule a delegation related to a planning application that is already subject to a public meeting process under the Planning Act.
